From huaraz we will take our private transportation to willcahuain village, from this place we will start walking up on toward the lake, the view is fantastic as we climbed higher and higher. To the south we could see several summits, all over 5,000 meters. To the west we could see Huaraz with the Cordillera Negra in the background. The last 20 minutes is little bit more difficult, by the altitude after it we will arrive to Lake Aguak, where we will enjoy incredible view around us and a good chance to have box lunch enjoying the panoramic view. Finally we turn back to willcahuain village on the same path, where our private transportation is waiting us to drive Huaraz.
