Day 01: Kathmandu – Nygadi (920 m), about 8H bus route to Pokharathen to Dumre we turn north and drive along the river Marsyangdi, which we will follow throughout the first part of the trekking. The road ends between Beshishar and Bhulbule. Lodge
Day 02: Bhulbule – Jagat (1300 m), about 6H of walk at the beginning of the trek
rough climb to the magnificent belvedere of bahundanda descent towards Syange, where the Tibetan influence is very present. The valley narrows, the Marsyangdi very enclosed becomes bubbling. Crossing on the large suspended bridge of Syange to follow the path that goes in a gorge reopened with rhododendrons (in bloom in spring) etape to jagat, village built along a ridge. Lodge
Day 03: Jagat – Dharapani (1900 m), about 6H walk the trail that leads to Tal is wide and comfortable.
This small village is stuck under huge cliffs. Its mountain architecture reflects the climate: stone walls, slate roofs and wooden balconies. The path passes in the middle of rocky blocks and rises. Progressively with some steep parts. The valley becomes very enclosed and the forest replaces little to can the terraced fields. Lodge
Day 04: Dharapani – Koto (2600 m), about 5H walk, a small walk brings us to the village of Bagarchap
(prayer walls). A koto, we can admire the Annapurna II and Manaslu. The change of vegetation is visible: after the subtropical forest, one discovers the blue pines, the spruces and the oaks. Lodge
Day 05: Koto – Dharmasala (3210 m), about 6H walk
we leave the classic route of the Annapurna to go up the Nar Phu Khola and discover the high valleys of Nar and Phu, recently opened to tourism. Its gorges are very wild. The climb is progressive through beautiful coniferous forests. Beautiful views of the lamjung Himal. Lodge or tent.
Day 06: Dharmasalakyang (3440 m), about 8 hours walk
after an hour’s walk, we cross a small stream, and then the road rises abruptly before reaching the village of Meta winter of inhabitants of Nar. Panoramic views of Pisang peak (6092 m), kang guru (6990 m), lamjung Himal, AnnapurnaII Progressive climb to reach jhunum (3695 m), and then the trail becomes steep before reaching the village of Chyakhu. The landscape is softened and a pleasant path leads us to the khampa hamlet of Kyang, the winter habitats of the inhabitants of Phu. On the way, unobstructed view of Annapurna II and IV the north glacier of the kang guru and the Juna Himal. Lodge or tent
Day 07: Kyang – Phu gaon (4078 m), about 4H wal
the walk starts with a beautiful path cut into the rock and down to the Phu Khola, which we follow for a while. Going up to the limits of the village and beyond, the village of Phu itself. Very nice view on the top of kang guru (6990 m) the Himal junu. Visit the monastery of Tashi Lakhang, one of the oldest monasteries of the Nepalese Himalayas. The habitat here is typically Tibetan. Day 10: Jhunum – Naar (4170 m), about 5H walk

Day 11: Naar – Kangla Phedi (4546 m), Ngwal (3650 m) about 8H of walk
Short stage for acclimatization, low altitude but altitude is felt, camp at the foot of the pass. Steep climb towards the pass, pass near a small lake before starting the last climb to reach the pass. The view of the Kang Guru is breathtaking. The pass gives us a magnificent panorama of the summits of the Annapurna massif. Descent steep towards Marsyangdi Khola, up to the classic path of the Annapurna tower, which we find in Ngawal. Lodge
Day 12: Ngawal – Manang (3500 m), about 4H walk
Cool day between the two passes. Very pleasant walk on a balcony trail. Crossing the villages of Julu, Munji and Braga. Lodge
Day 13: Manang (3500 m), Rest day (buffer day)
quiet and beautiful stroll in the vicinity of Manang to go to Lake Gangapurna with exceptional views of the Tilicho and the Gangapurna. It is also possible to rest before continuing towards the pass. It is an opportunity to stroll through the medieval streets of this traditional village located in front of superb mountains over (7000 m). Lodge
Day 14: Manang – Shree Kharka (4000 m), about 3H walk
Easy walk up the Marsyangdi to the village of Khangsar towards Tilicho. We leave the classic path of the Tour of Annapurna. Lodge
Day 15: Shree kharka – Tilicho BC (4000 m), about 3H walk
steep climb on a steep trail to a high altitude pass and then back down to the base camp. Lodge
Day 16: Tilicho BC – Lake Tilicho (4900 m) – Tilicho BC (4000 m), about 7H walk
We will go back and forth to admire the turquoise lake of Tilicho. This lake is frozen much of the year. Lodge
Day 17: Tilicho BC – Yak Kharka (4200 m), about 7H of walk
it is by a little frequented path that we will go to the sheepfolds of Yak kharka to return the path of the Thorong Pass. Lodge
Day 18: Yak kharka – Phedi (4450 m), about 5H walk
Aslow climb up to Phedi, at the foot of the Thorong pass. It is not uncommon to observe a herd of Bharals, Blue and wild Sheep of the Himalayas. Lodge
Day 19: Phedi – Thorong la (5416 m) – Muktinath (3800 m), about 8H walk
Departure very early for a long climb on trail and moraines, passing the pass that makes the transition between the valleys of the Marsyangdi and Kali Gandaki, the famous Thorong Pass, framed to the south by the khatung Kang (6484 m) and to the north By the Thorong peak (6481 m). Descent more steep than the ascent to Muktinath, a magnificent complex of Hindu and Buddhist sanctuaries. Pilgrims come from India to purify themselves. Lodge
Day 20: Muktinath – Lupra – Jomson (2700 m), about 6H walk
