Day 1.- Arrival in Kathmandu.Reception, transfer and installation and the Hotel.
Day 2.- Kathmandu – Syabru Basi (1462 m)/4,795ft
Departure early in the morning for about 6 hours minibus trip. It will take you to Syabru Besi (1462 m)/4,795ft via Dhunche.
Day 3.- syabru Besi – Lama – Hotel (2500 m)/8200ft.
5 hours of walking: the trail crosses the Bhote Kosi River, descending from Tibet. At the end of the day, a short climb awaits you to reach the Lama Hotel.
Ascending elevation: (1300 m) meters
Negative elevation: (300 m) meters
Day 4.- Lama Hotel – Langtang (3430 m)/11,250ft.
4 to 5 hours of walking on the Hiking Trail That goes. Through Gumenechok and Ghoda Tabela which means “horses stable”. The Langtang village is a very old village of this trek route and the views from here are spectacular on Langtang II and Langtang Lirung. E+: (1000 m)/3200ft
Day 5.- Langtang – Kyanjin Gompa (3730 m)/12,234ft
About 3 hours of walking: the path climbs dradually through small villages and pastures of yak. You can enjoy panoramic views of the following peaks: Kyangjin Ri (4750 m)/15,580ft, Tserko Ri (5000 m)/16,400ft, Ganja La (5160 m)/16,924ft, Langshi Ri (6427 m)/21,080ft, Dorji Lakpa (6430 m)/21,090ft, Naya Kanga (5844 m)/19,168ft, Yala Peak (5500 m)/18,040ft. You can visit a monastery and / or a cheese factory, walk to the moraine to admire the spectacular glaciers. Of Langtang Lirung or climb on the Kyangjin Ri (4350 m)/14,268ft, in the afternoon (E+ 450 m).
Day 6.- Kyanjin Gompa – Lama Hotel (2340 m)/7,675ft
5 hours walk down to the Lama Hotel where you will spend the Night (E-: 1300 m).
Day 7.- Lama Hotel – Thulo Syabru (2210 m)/7,248ft.
5 hours walk: the descent continues to the village of Pairo. From there, you go back to the village of Thulo Syabru, one of the most beautiful Tamang Villages with splendid views of Ganesh Himal and Tibetan Mountains. (E+: 400 m) – (E-: 580 m).
Day 8.- Thulo Syabru-Laurebinayak (3910 m)/12,824ft
Today a steep climb through forests of oaks, firs and Rhododendrons awaits you to the top of a ridge. (E+: 1600 m).
Day 9.- Laureninayak-Lake Gosaikund (4460 m)/14,628ft
3 hours walk: you climb up to a small pass from where you can admire impressive views of the Manaslu and Ganesh Himal range, the Tibetan peaks, the Langtang Lirung and the famous Annapurna Chain. You continue in this sumptuous scenery to reach the sacred lake of Gosaikund where you will spend the night. (E+: 1100 m).
Day 10.- Gosainkunda - Ghopte (3200 m)/10,496ft.
You climb to the Gosaikund Pass (4600m)/15,088ft, and then go down a rocky hill covered with pines and rhododendrons to Ghopte. (E+: 500 m) – (E-: 1200 m).
Day 11.- Ghopte - Kutumsang (2446m)/8,022ft.
6 hours walk: you go through Tharepati to join the region of Helambu. The views of Himalayan ranges and Sherpa villages are spectacular. The route is interspersed with beautiful rhododendron forests. You will spend the night in Kutumsang. Day trek globally downhill with only one small ridge to go up. (E+: 350 m) – (E-: 1000 m).
Day 12.- Kutumsang - Chisapani (2170m)/7,117ft
You walk on a ridge from where you can admire two valleys and the chain of Everest. You can see the Himalayan range from Manaslu to Everest. (E+: 900 m) – (E-: 1200 m).
Day 13.- Chisapani – Sundarijal - Kathmandu.
4 hours walk for magnificent views while descending through forests of oaks and rhododendrons, with some pines at lower altitudes. Go throught Borlang Banjyang Pass (2430m)/7,970ft, then you join the Kathmandu Valley via Shivapuri Park and a beautiful forest of rodhodendrons to Sundarijal. (E+: 300 m) - (E-: 1000 m).
